This fruit smoothie makes a wonderful breakfast or snack. When I say “smoothie time” the kids help get out the ingredients and we make it together. Everyone enjoys!
Instructions:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup white grape juice (I use whatever grape juice I have on hand)
- 1 tablespoon honey (sometimes we also add an additional packet of Stevia to make it sweeter)
- 1 firm ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 (12.3-ounce) package silken tofu
- Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth
