When a recipe calls for pasta we use rice pasta. We specifically use Tinkyada rice pasta (product of Food Dirctions Inc). We can't taste the difference between regualar pasta and rice pasta. When cooked it's not mushy and easy to prepare like regular pasta. No wheat/gluten, corn, egg, dairy, casein, meat, soy, nut or peanut.
