Literatlly you add contents of the jar into a skillet or cast iron pot and simmer until hot.  We usually brown 1lb. of ground beef and add to the chili.  As a variation instead of beef you can try ground turkey, chicken, pork, beans (add the additional carbs), venison, buffalo or tofu.

Texas Two-Step Chili Mix is all natural so I feel great about seving it to my family.  I keep a jar handing so I can just heat it up on those nights I need a quick meal or I'm just to tired to think about what to make for dinner.  If there are any left overs I just put the chili back in the original jar so I know the carbohydrates.
