The whole family uses a variety of Ezekiel bread products.  We use a number of  their products everyday; such as  hamburger buns, english muffins, hot dog buns, tortillas and the orange labeled presliced loaf for making sandwichs.  It's Glycemic index:36

I purchase this product from our local grocery store in the healthfood section or at our local healthfood store. You will find the bread in the  frozen food section. Once we take a loaf out we keep them in the refrigerator.
