Yield: 8 serving Marinate: 2 hours
Place the ingredients in a large ziploc bag, chill and grill! Serve with a side of veggies, fruit or chips.
Not only is this a fast and easy dinner; we end up outside enjoying the evening together.
2 ½ tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 ½ cups lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 pounds or 16 chicken thighs
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. Place first 5 ingredients in a large zip top plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag. Marinate 2 hours, turning occasionally.
2. Prepare grill
3. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken on grill rack cooking 5 minutes on each side or until done.
