Black Bean and Corn Chili

Gluten Free!

***(1/2 cup = 13 grams of carbohydrates)***

 

2 15 ounce cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
11 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
½ cup onions
2-3 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon minced garlic

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.  Cover. 
Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 10-12 hours
