Our kids have enjoyed going to camps for children with type 1 diabetes, both Camp Joslin as well as The Barton Center for Diabetes Education. Diabetes camp is about hands-on educational experiences mixed with lots of fun. The most memorable part about camp for us as parents is that our kids continue learning how to own their diabetes. They leave camp just a little more independent than when they arrived.

Olivia Organics made a long term commitment to Camp Joslin in Western Massachusetts through the Olivia's Organics Campership Fund. Each year, young boys from New England write in their own words how they live life to the fullest despite having Type 1 diabetes. The motto-Eat Healthy! Have Fun! Give Back!

Olivia's Organics is a family-owned company; they intrinsically understand the value of investing in their community. In early 2006 they established the Olivia's Organics Charitable Foundation to give back to the neighborhoods and families that have helped shape their business.

The mission of the Olivia's Organics Charitable Foundation is to support organizations that invest in the lives of children and enrich their future. Therefore, they have chosen to support smaller, local organizations that have an immediate and direct impact on children.

They pledge a percentage of the total sales derived from all salads will be donated to the Olivia's Organics Charitable Foundation. By selecting their salads, you are helping invest in the lives of children!
