Most BG meters work down to 40-50 degrees, so just keeping the meter and strips in a thermos might be enough.
 
 The pump should work fine in cold temperatures.  If you have to be disconnected for a prolonged time and the temperature is well below freezing, again, putting it in a thermos should keep the insulin from freezing.
